Waiting for Speedway Fowler

I just can't figure out the egg throwing that happens in this city... About three times a year, I'll go to work in the morning and find that the cab has been egg'd.

And it usually happens during cold weather, making the egg remnants on the car freeze up solid!

I mean, what the heck do these egg throwers do?... wander around the city with a bag full of eggs in the freezing cold weather, carefully choosing which cars to throw eggs at???
